		<description>Some people have done it already, but it requires jailbreaking the phone and installing some proxy software.  With AT&amp;T trying to stick us for text messaging, I don&#039;t see a legitimate tethering solution appearing anytime soon (at least without $$$ attached to it).

		<description>Awesome.  Laura and I finally got them as well.  It was a tough year, since everyone around us got the first generation iPhones :)

Unforeseen benefit: our cable modem service went out Thursday and it wasn&#039;t until today that they were able to fix it.  Go go gadget iPhone!  If it would have only been able to tether to our Macbooks, we would have had it made.  But it was seriously nice anyways.</description>
